It is late January and we are gearing up for turning on the greenhouse heat and fans in less than a month! The soil truck will arrive in February and six pallets of beautiful organic potting soil will be brought up our driveway by our neighbor Justin Rich (with his big tractor).

The cuttings and annual plugs will be here in late February. Onions, hot peppers, herbs and more will be started from seed. It is all such a rush!
