April 25: The temperature here last night dropped to 21 F. Inside the greenhouse, though, it was warm and all our plants were unaware of the frigid conditions outdoors. We have been busy in the greenhouse since late February and it is getting quite full here. Thinking that we have too many of some plants and need to make room, we will have a first day sale of geraniums, verbena and tuberous begonias on May 5 for plants that will be going to their new homes. Prices will be determined after this weekend. Stay tuned!
